Operations
Our Operations department comprises a small number of specialists committed to the highest levels of customer service. We ship, store, despatch, deliver, cellar and advise across all the diverse business streams that we operate in, underwritten with a deep understanding of the product we are handling. Our customers are famously demanding and we endeavour to balance efficient processes with hands on human contact. Our systems are 21st century but we don't employ robots to answer the phone (although they might drink less coffee...). We have strong relationships with the logistics suppliers we work with, who are like-minded in their pusuit of 'effortless' order satisfaction. Contact: operations@armit.co.uk

PAUL RICHARDS
Paul graduated from the University of Exeter with a BSc in Geography and Geology in 2000. After a short spell traveling through Western Europe, he moved to London to seek his fortune. He spent his first professional years working in the Venture Capital industry, before moving into the fast paced world of Financial Futures specialising in Fixed Income and Equities. A major change in career direction in 2006 brought him to the wine trade and to Armit, where he hopes to expand his knowledge and appreciation of wine and is currently studying for the WSET Advanced Certificate. Paul’s dream of owning a Porsche before the age of thirty have had to take a back seat! But he’s happy.
