The charming Gonnet brothers run this excellent domaine in Bédarrides with the sort of care and attention you would expect from two of the most respected growers in the region. They understand the importance of safeguarding the character and purity of the grapes and terroir and so the winery is fully operated by gravity, minimal new oak is employed, half in large tonneau and half in barrique, and the wines are neither filtered nor fined. Their Côte du Rhône offers proper value for money, while their top Châteauneuf, Cuvée Etienne Gonnet, honours their late father and is produced only in the finest of years.
