Mischief and Mayhem
M&M
These are extremely well made wines and they will only continue to develop in complexity with age.
Michael and Fiona Ragg have been building an enviable reputation for sourcing exceptional wines from the finest vineyards in the Côte d'Or. The key to their success is their selection each year of the highest quality fruit available for which they are willing to pay a premium from growers with whom they have established a long term relationship. The wines are matured in barrel in their own cellars and have a generous, unctuous style which is very attractive. The 2010 tasting was held at their beautiful home in Aloxe-Corton which has been their base for the last eight years. The wines showed extremely well with powerful citrus fruit characters balanced by great freshness and a wonderful mineral character. These are extremely well made wines and they will only continue to develop in complexity with age.
