Domaine Marc Morey
This estate encapsulates all the romance of Burgundy and family tradition.
This 9.33 hectare estate is run by Marc Morey's son in law Bernard Mollard and his family. The cellars, located under their house, were enlarged in 2003 and this extra space has perhaps contributed to the continued improvement of the wines. Bernard looks for perfume and finesse in the wines and with a maximum of 30% new oak for the whites and bottling after 11 months, they certainly have it. Traditional winemaking, hand-picking and with only 50,000 bottles this estate encapsulates all the romance of Burgundy and family tradition.
