WILLIAM GREY

William has been working in the Wine Trade for longer than he cares to remember. Initially he worked in Cross Channel retailing helping to set up The Grape Shop in Boulogne and then moved into the Wholesale sector as National Account Manager for a South African wine company. After taking the Masters of Wine exams in 1997 he decided to specialise more in the Fine Wine Market working initially in private client sales and then joining armit in 2000 in their Trading department. William is the proud father of Ruby and Harley, and is an active member of the Wine Trade Sports club playing Squash, tennis, cricket, golf and Real Tennis for the Trade.

ED BURNS

Ed started in the wine trade in 2001 after a brief foray in Public Relations. He initially started off working part time in the Berry Bros shop, while he took his WSET exams. After that Ed worked for Fine & Rare Wines, and then helped set-up a broking arm for Roberson Wine Merchants. Ed has focused on trading as his niche market and specializes in sourcing well priced parcels for his clients. His interests include cooking, free holidays and increasing his ever expanding collection of cheesy 80’s movies.

ROBBIE TAYLOR

Robbie started his love affair with wine at Corney & Barrow, working in their Notting Hill Fine Wine Store. He soon moved up to On-Trade Sales and then on to Fine & Rare Wines where he took the reins for UK Trade Broking. Missing the banter and conversation of dealing with Private Customers, Robbie arrived at armit in September 2006. He particularly loves the wines from Burgundy and Bordeaux but is also an enthusiast of the wines of Piedmont and Tuscany.
