Grégoire Bichot continues to grow in stature. The vineyards of Beaune are currently enjoying something of a renaissance as their potential is finally being noticed and many talented growers are starting to work there, breaking the virtual monopoly of the big négociant firms. Grégoire is one step ahead of the game and is now showing considerable mastery of his various parcels. His preparations to go biodynamic are now complete and from the 2006 vintage, Domaine des Clos will be converted 100%.
