1. Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the John Armit Wines' website. Prices in our printed material may be higher or lower than shown.
All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T., where appropriate, or, if appropriate, VAT will be added at checkout. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed. John Armit Wines VAT number is 676 2535 12.

2. Ordering Goods
The minimum order is 1 case (9 litres or 12 (75cl) bottles).
To buy products from our online store you will need to register with the site (new customers) or log in to the site (existing customers who have already registered). To order goods from the online store simply click the "add" button next to the item of your choice. After making your selections enter your shopping basket using the "Amend Basket" button on the top menu bar. You will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout pages. During the checkout process you will be prompted to confirm delivery details, a preferred delivery date and to provide details of the credit/debit card you wish to use. At any point you can return to a previous screen to make amendments. After entering your credit/debit card details you will have a final chance to check all the details of your order. If you need to amend your order after you have received your order confirmation, please contact us either by emailing web@armit.co.uk or call us on 020 7908 0630, (Mon-Fri, 8.45am-5.15pm). Once your order has been accepted, John Armit Wines will confirm your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. Please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. 3. Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit and charge cards, John Armit Wines may validate the names and addresses supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data). We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order.

4. Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered, then, provided that it is returned to us within 1 month of purchase along with the delivery note (as proof of purchase), we will exchange it or offer a refund. We will arrange collection from you.
This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
